Send Junk Photos is a family-owned Tampa Bay junk removal company. We built the photo-first workflow because the old way — strangers in your driveway, vague quotes, ghosted appointments — wastes everybody's time.
The first version of this business was a landscaping crew with a trailer. After enough side requests to "haul this couch while you're here," we noticed something: every customer hated the part where they had to schedule a separate visit just to get a price. We did too.
So we tried something simple. Just send us a photo. We'll tell you the price. If you like it, we'll come haul it. No second visit, no creepy-stranger-in-the-driveway energy, no waiting around for an estimator.
It worked. Customers said yes faster. We could quote ten jobs in the time the old way took to quote one. Within a year, every job started with a text message and a photo. We renamed the whole thing Send Junk Photos.
That's it. No fuel surcharges, no stair fees, no "oh, we didn't see that one." If we quote $189, you pay $189. If we somehow get it wrong on our end, that's our problem — not a number we sneak onto your bill.
About 64% of what we pick up gets a second life. Furniture in usable shape goes to Metropolitan Ministries and Habitat for Humanity ReStore. Electronics get recycled through certified e-waste vendors. Mattresses get broken down for recycling at our local processor. The landfill is the last option, never the first.
Two-hour pickup windows, real ETA texts when we're 30 minutes out. If we're running late, you hear about it from us, not from the dispatcher five minutes after we should have arrived. If we no-show, your job is free.
