WHAT COULD CHANGE THE QUOTE

The quote we text from your photos is fixed unless the actual job is significantly different from the pictures — usually because there's more stuff than shown, or items way heavier than expected (think: filled-with-cement hot tub, gun safe, piano on the third floor). In those cases we tell you the new number before we touch anything. You can say yes, say no, or have us do the partial job at the original quote.

SPECIAL ITEMS WE PRICE INDIVIDUALLY

  • Hot tubs: $325–$525 depending on size, access, and whether it's still got water/cement in it. More on hot-tub removal →
  • Pianos: Upright $200–$350. Grand $400–$650. Three-person crew, padded.
  • Sheds: $250–$750 depending on size and whether we're tearing it down.
  • Construction debris: Quoted by weight + volume. Dump fees pass-through.
  • Hazmat & chemicals: Most household items OK. Industrial hazmat we sub out — call first.
Pricing FAQ

QUESTIONS ABOUT MONEY?

Because junk removal pricing is volumetric. A "garage cleanout" can be one tier on one address and three tiers on another — depends on the actual pile. The photo workflow lets us quote you accurately in a few minutes instead of guessing on a website.

No. The quote we text is the all-in price. No fuel surcharge, no stair fee, no dump fee tacked on at the end. The only time the number changes is if the actual job is materially different from the photos — and we tell you the new number before we touch anything.

Volume primarily, with weight as a sanity check. A truck-load of pillows and a truck-load of concrete are not the same job. Most household junk is well within normal weight; concrete, cast iron, soil, and similar dense materials get priced separately.

Yes. Estate cleanouts, multi-property cleanouts, and commercial jobs that span multiple trucks or days get tiered pricing. Send us details and we'll come back with a custom number.

Card (Visa / MasterCard / Amex / Discover), Apple/Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, or cash. We charge after the work is done and you've confirmed you're happy.

Yes — 10% off any tier for seniors, veterans, active-duty military, and first responders. Just mention it when you text or call. No paperwork hoops.
