Estate cleanouts are the most personal jobs we do. We approach them with a different rhythm than a garage cleanout โ€” slower, more deliberate, more communication. Typical workflow: we walk the house with you (or whoever is point-of-contact for the family) and identify three groups โ€” keepers, donations, and disposal. Keepers get marked.
