Roughly 40% of the jobs we run every week are furniture pickups — a couch on the curb, a recliner you finally gave up on, a mattress your guest room outgrew, an entire bedroom set after a renovation. The volume means we have a system: photos in, fixed quote out, crew arrives in a 2-hour window with pads, dollies, and a truck big enough for whatever you've got.
We pick up curbside, from a first-floor room, from a second-floor walk-up, from a garage, from a covered patio, from a townhome through a tight stairwell. Stairs do not add to the price. Disassembly does not add to the price. Bagging and bundling a damaged mattress does not add to the price. The all-in quote we text from your photo is the price you pay.
About 70% of the furniture we pick up is still usable. Those pieces go to Metropolitan Ministries, Habitat for Humanity ReStore, or one of the smaller Tampa-area nonprofits we partner with. Damaged pieces get broken down for recycling at our local processor — mattress springs and frames get separated, wood goes one place, fabric another. Very little ends up in a landfill.
Single item: $99 all-in — one couch, one recliner, one mattress. Curbside or first-floor easy access.
Multi-item pickup (quarter-truck): $189 — a couch plus a few odds and ends, or a bedroom set, or a partial cleanout.
Half-truck: $329 — full bedroom set, living-room cleanout, multiple large pieces.
Stairs, second-floor walk-ups, condo elevator runs, and disassembly are all included. The only thing that ever changes the quote is if the actual furniture is significantly different from the photos — usually meaning there's more than was shown — and in that case we tell you the new number before we touch anything.

Single-couch curbside pickup is $99 all-in. If you have additional items going with it (a chair, a few boxes, a rug) the quote usually moves to the quarter-truck tier at $189. Stairs and second-floor walk-ups don't add to the price.
Stained mattresses, yes — happens all the time. For suspected bedbug mattresses, we ask that you bag and seal them in a mattress bag (Lowe's or Home Depot, ~$15) before we arrive. We won't move infested items unsealed because we can't risk spreading it to other pickups.
No. We bring tools and we're comfortable disassembling beds, sectionals, and built-ins. Don't hurt your back getting ready for us.
Same-day is the most common option for photos texted before 11 AM. Anything after that usually goes next-day. Emergency / "the new couch is being delivered tomorrow" pickups — call us and we'll do our best to squeeze you in.
Yes, if the items are donate-worthy and you want one. We can either text you a receipt from the receiving charity, or we can put the request on the work order and email it after the donation drop.
No — we're not a delivery service, just a removal service. But once the new couch is delivered, we'll happily haul off the old one in the same week.
