Westchase is a master-planned community on the western edge of Hillsborough County, and its strict HOA rules mean a lot of Tampa-based junk haulers either don't come out here or get themselves fined when they do. We come out daily and we know the rules.
Westchase pickup logistics: most sections don't allow visible piles at the curb, which means we have to pick up directly from the garage or driveway and never leave anything by the road overnight. Several sections require the truck to enter via the back alley. We have the HOA office number saved for the rare occasion when we need to coordinate.
Coverage runs Westchase proper (33626) — including The Greens, The Bridges, Tradition, Stockbridge, Westwood Lakes, Glencliff, Berkford — over to Citrus Park (33625), south into the Town 'N' Country overlap (covered on its own page), and up toward Keystone and Lutz on the northern edge.
The townhome neighborhoods inside Westchase (especially around Linebaugh and Sheldon) have tight street access. We bring our smaller box truck for those — the full-size dump truck doesn't fit through some of the tighter cul-de-sacs.
